We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team with campaign execution, content creation, and administrative tasks. Key Job Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions
Support content creation for social media, email marketing, and websites
Coordinate marketing materials, presentations, and promotional items
Track and report on campaign performance metrics
Assist with market research and competitor analysis
Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines
Help manage social media accounts and scheduling tools
Support event planning, trade shows, and promotional activities
Update and maintain customer and marketing databases
Perform general administrative duties for the marketing team
Skills & Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–2 years of marketing, administrative, or related experience (internships count)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Basic knowledge of email marketing and content management systems
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
